Tech-savvy Hardware Development Engineer with 9+ years of experience in DFM. 5 years of proven leadership skills in managing a team of 5 employees. At previous role increased the number and complexity of Wi-Fi devices from 2 positions (802.11n ONT, STB) to 30+ (802.11ax/ac/n AP, FBWA, Routers, ONT). Developed from technical requirements and concept to mass production launch 50+ Wi-Fi devices (Wi-Fi AP, PON and Ethernet Routers, STB, IoT). About 10 of them have been produced in quantity >50K pcs. Almost from scratch, developed effective methods of hardware Wi-Fi testing and scenarios of typical problems resolving that prevented crucial Wi-Fi hardware bugs in the early prototype development/testing stage.
